Noob wanting to buy b6 S4 avant
Hi
Just asking to see how much a year this would cost me from maintenance and things breaking. Of course you cant put an exact number on it or say exactly what things will break but maybe I can get kind of an idea. any help is greatly appreciated.
I've read up on S4's alot, mostly about reliability, and have become a huge fun. From the look and the functionality of having the extra space from it being a wagon to the v8 power and sound it gives. However I would be paying for it myself (10-13k price range) and have found one thats seemingly well taken care of and decently low miles for it being an '04.
I haven't gotten it inspected by a certified tech or audi dealer but will do that. So what im asking is if it was well maintained and taken care of will it be a reliable car? and if so how much a year will it cost me? Maybe someone with experience with this car can help give me an estimate I can expect if the car goes to crap and everything breaks but also an estimate if only minor things break and need to be fixed. As well as maintenance every 6 months to be factored into. I know this is a sports car and I expect it to be an expensive car but how bad of a decision will and could this be for me? Im paying for everything myself and make decent money but don't want to get scewed over by a terrible decision. I absolutely this car and no other cars can compare.
