I'm wondering what's going on and not sure if it's my PS pump, the belt or just low on fluid. Anyhow, when I start up my car ('98 A4 1.8T Tip) and turn the steering wheel as if to pull out of a parallel parking spot, the car shakes a little but only if I have the steering wheel all the way to the bump stop (doesn't matter if it's left or right). I don't think this is normal but I'm wondering what it could be and how I can fix it. Anyone have any suggestions?

 

Use 11S power steering fluid if needed. Back off from full lock
on the steering.
