Suspension Issues
Hello Folks,
I own a 2001 A4 1.8T Quattro with Sports package and I am the 1st owner. THe car use to handle really great till few months back. The stiff feel of the suspension suddenly (overnight) disappeared and the steering started to feel loose. I took my car to the dealership and they could find really nothing and all they could tell me was that this would happen as the car gets old. I have just over 62K on my odometer and I dont believe that w/o any component failure this could happen over-night. I would greatly appreciate if any such expeirence could be shared.
BTW as told by the dealership, I changed my tires (all 4 of them, got Dunlop Sport 9000), balanced the wheels, aligned the wheels but the result is the same- the steering feels very loose.
Would appreciate any comments.
