well.... though i'd share my little story from last night....

i was on my way to a homies house on a 3-4 lane street (45mph) and i was comming up on a black g35 coupew/ black wheels and huge exhaust.... always fun to punk them a little because they thing g35's (skylines) are so cool..... even though everyone and there mom has one....
so i get next to him on the passenger side, his window is down and i downshift to 3rd at about 40-45 mph just a little to blow by him and let him know he's up against the v8..... on my way by he doesn't even look over or try to catch up.... he was a young kid too.... so i decided to let him go... i slowed down and didn't mess w/ him anymore... he didn't want any anyways.....
... so i get to the next light and i pull up to another g35 coupe.... silver.. dumped with everything all stock.... i think maybe he'll want to go at it..... the light turned green faster than i had anticipated and he took off! right off the back i could hear the super charger whining so i jumped on it too thinking sweet!, this should be fun..... so we got up to only maybe 85mph and after the two car length jump he had on me from the line we were almost dead even.... i think he though that he may have beaten me but i knew..... if we would have taken it up to 120 or so i would have been pulling on him just a little...

I think the the thingI love the most about your car is the color detailed LCD.

And yeah, I'm sure if you went up to 100+, you would've had the G35.

I'm sorry, did you say the G you raced was supercharged???? Because if so, he should school you. Not tryin to start a war or anything, but an FI G Coupe w/ a good driver is gonna be low 13's at worst.

i work at an infiniti dealer.

the g35 has 288hp stock..... a supercharger (there are a few out there, mostly by stillen can add 50-70hp

i'm assuming the was only getting 50 or so more hp.... 288+50 = 338

G35 (supercharged) @ 338hp vs. S4 V8 @355hp (milltek sport exhaust)

= S4 pulling on the G35

Okay, I did forget about the Stillen. Their Stage 1 kit is pretty weak. If that's all it had, and w/ your exhaust, I can see the outcome you said. Any good FI kit, though, puts those cars in the low 13's easily, and seing as you work at an Infiniti dealer, I'm sure you know that the VQ series really shines up top. I was just slightly put off by the fact that you "punked a G35", simply becasue the guy was mature enough to not give into racing someone. Maybe he was scared, maybe he wasn't, but either way, I wouldn't consider that punking him. But it's cool, no beef here. Good luck when you come across one w/ the Greddy TT kit or an ATI Procharger though, lol.[8D]
