Default Rear drivers side "squeeking" noise after wheel bearing replacement

I have a 2000 S4, which I bought 6 months ago... It's been a great car thus far and I just replaced the drivers side rear wheel bearing two days ago and now there's a very noticeable "squeeeeek" when I get in the car, turn or go over uneven terrain. It sounds like an old pick-ups suspension. The only thing that I can think that might be making the noise is the upper control arm bushing... Also there is a barely noticeable knock from the same wheel that I can hear when starting and stopping. I'm thinking that this noise is caused from the tie rod. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it!

I don't know if you DIY the wheel bearing or took it to a shop, but since you just replaced it have you checked to see that everything was tightened back together properly?
