Default Which springs will work?

I have a 1997 1.8T automatic transmission A4. I have seen many lowering springs for sale, but they are from different models, for example, the V6 power plant, all wheel drive, etc. Will any springs made for the B5 A4 work with any model? Or do I need to get a set of springs meant for my front wheel drive 1.8T motor? Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure what differentiates a quattro spring from a fwd spring, but there must be something. As for which models to use, stick with 1.8T springs. The 1.8T is lighter than either V6 model (A4 or S4) - the V6 models have stiffer springs. They'll fit on your car, but they'll make the car sit pretty high because of the higher spring rate.
