Anyone have experience setting readiness with vag on a 2003 A4 Quattro 3.0 6 Speed Manual B6 Platform etc etc?

I have to pass emissions or replace both my cats, if I can set the Secondary Air Intake monitor(Which I'm convinced theres nothing wrong with, just for hte life of me through any method of driving it won't set ready at all! No related codes), that will leave me with 1 monitor(unless this process can handle setting cat monitor with two dying cats) and I can pass emissions. I plan on getting these items fixed with in the year for any enviromentally conscience people, I'm paying of medical bills and I can't afford to lose even a grand at this point.
