car wont start so i cant take it anywhere, willing to throw up some cash for help

I have a ross-Tech can do scans in Vermont. from1995 up to 2013

Default Quad Cities
I would like to know if there is a VAG-COM for use near the Quad cities(IA or IL). I will probably just buy my own eventually but would like to clear the pesky airbag light on the Allroad in the meantime.
