a little story about my s4
since i had the car , thats around 4 months now, the thing went bad, i never heard mutch of the turbos and it felt like a 2.7 NA , it went like 15.5 on 1/4 mile.
i never had an s4 and noticed it when i raced against some guys from in the area that i know.
i always noticed at 1850 in 2nd gear that it has e little dip before boosting and boosting is not like it should be , very very *****.
then i began reading about limp mode and so on so i went to the shop , that was a month ago, brought the car in, it gave 2 fault codes , lambda and EGT sensor. i couldn't miss the car, so braught him in after a week. car was there for a week and whent back for it and a whole new world opened up for me !
damnnn it felt like i got back a chipped S4 ; i now felt boost and it finally got over 200km/h easily.
i called all of my mates that at friday i would show how a real S4 goes in stock mode and that the car was broke before, cause everyone was lauching about my s4 and that itruns ***** and ****...
so thirsday morning went to work very happy with my s4 , feeling racy all the time noticed a dip just before 2000rpm. i thought NOOOOO it's back, so i floor the beast and yes it goes like **** again. i stop at work, work the whole day and during the day i prayed that it was only me and th car goes fine... but no when i went home it went ***** again.
so i went back to the garage , said it was ***** again, the man was scratching his head cause the car cost him over 2000€ allready on warrantee
vagcom said NOTHING, but they told it takes more then 100km before it throws in a code , but the garagist said no no there is nothing wrong, i cannot do anymore blablabla
drove it for 150km and went back and YES it said:
17964 ladedrucke ...(boost pressure)
and P1556 3510
so on tuesday i have to bring the car back, is this N75 issue?
is this limp mode?
cause in this mode i can still hold a 2005 S2000
i really want to have a normal driving s4 cause this **** is pissing me off, seems like the car is haunted
