Hi all, I just got myself the Vgate Mxiscan VS890, when i connect it to my vehicle and run scan, it goes through all protocalls and gives me a link error??
I know my car is OBDII compliant. Its an 2002 A3 1.8 8L.
anybody know what the issue may be.

 

For anybody that has this same issue, it seems to be an issue with aftermarket radio's, the K-line needs to be checked and grounded.
I have not had the time to check this but will over the weekend and revert if issue is resolved.
