Wo Wo Wo Wo WO Noise
Afternoon,
I rotated my tires and now I have a wo wo wo wo noise. I never had it before. The tires are brand new..all of them. I am going back today, but the noise when turning especially when slowly turning is really loud...like a woooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhh noise.

I thought maybe the rotation has not been done on the car and so it is out of shape. Not sure. I was looking for feedback?
