There are no leaks so I'm wondering if it's suppose to be like that or am I suppose to reset the ECU by way of disconnecting the battery for 30min.

 

try turning it around common problem if it is the wrong way you will not see full boost

 

Did you install it like this?

The long nipple goes in the turbo inlet pipe.
Then, the nipple pointing away from the inlet pipe connects to the wastegate.
The last nipple gets connected to the turbo compressor housing.

 

I've gota go check that, i'm sure the long tube is correct but not sure if i swapped the other 2 by mistake
