I am attempting to install a new stereo. I tore apart the trunk, got the side panels off, and everthing was going smoothly. EXCEPT I can't get the radio out!!! The tools I got seem to work, except that one of the latches to get the radio out must be broken. It's not catching. I thought that if removed the center console I'd be able to get it out. I removed every screw I could find and I can't get the center console off either!!! It looks like I have to take the radio out in order to get the center console off. This is turning into a nightmare. Is there any other way to get the radio out? Or am I screwed?

Nevermind. Being pissed about the situation and a screwdriver magically released the faceplate which allowed me to access the little f**kers that kept it in there. [:@]
