There are now 3 active threads that have something to do with that damn light timer ****.

Lights Coming on by Themselves
B6 S4 "Coming Home" lights weirdness
04 S4 B6. Turn *** near the headlight switch.. What is this?


I think all the B6 guys should pitch in and get an owners manual to share.

does anyone know how that switch actually works? Does it act as like a toggle switch at all?

Its a switch to leave your fog lights and tail lights on at night for a minute. they come on when you press unlock on your key and when you open your door getting out of your car. i have mine set at 1 with the button pushed in. Its a nice feature to have imo.

I went through my owners manual thoroughly, every page, and there’s not a word about that switch in there.
