Default Central locking

Hello to all. I have a 1995 Audi Cabriolet. The drivers door does not unlock from the inside by pulling the lhandle. If I lock the door from the insdie by pushing down the lever. I have to put down the window and unlock the door from the outside with the key. Also the central locking does not work. when I lock the driver side door, the trunk locks (I can hear this), but not the passenger door and the reverse is true, if I lock the passenger side door with the key, the trunk locks but all three do not lock with just a single turn of the key in one door. What am I missing here. Not critlcal but annoying
Thanks
