Central locking
Hi, first of all I'm new to this site, and joined for this seems like a proper place to get/share info. Also, my mother language isn't english, so please excuse me for some spelling errors.
But to get to the point, the central locking in my A4 (-97 2.6) broke down for a reason I don't know. I tried changing the control box from my boot to another car, where it worked (though it kept a small rattling sound so I guess it's pretty much done for). When I turn my key on the lockbase on drivers door, the electric windows still close, so I guess the electrics on that end are some-what ok?
To the contolbox comes two wires, and I measured that current comes to the other one (the other one's "connection plug" was so small, that I couldn't measure if I gets current).
So, any sorts of tips would be extremely usefull or links to another thread
