hi my allroad refuses to start, the engine turns over a treat but no fuel getting to filter, i have removed rear bench and uncovered the pump but with engine cranking it makes no noise, tried hot wiring it from battery and hey presto it works i can even hear fuel goin up tubes, so i tried the fuse and there is no power at the fuse, so i dropped dash lower and tried relay, that clicks over a treat when ign turned on (presume it's the one with diesel written underneath it). help chaps please.....

 

yay got it started, gave the ECM on top of injector pump a light tap (well several quite heavy ones atually) and she spluttered into life. took it to my local indy audi speialist (onlyvw in Blackburn) who put it on diagnostic check that showed up the ecm fault but it didn't reccur when he cleared it, so i'll be carrying a ball pein hammer round from now on.
