Default Hazard/Turn Signal Relay Question - 2002 A6

I am having the same problem with my turn signals that a lot of Audi owners are having and I pulled the hazard relay from the car. The number on the relay is 4B0-941-509-C and in searching the net I can find a number of relays for my car but not with that part number. The all say 10 pin relay for the towing option. The one I pulled has 9 pins showing. They seem to be around $60 for a non Audi relay and about $85 for an original.

Can anyone comment on whether the 10 pin relay is the correct one and may have replaced the 9 pin in my car? Also, is there a preferred place to buy the relay?

Thanks for the help.

Mike

If you're buying from an online web site just make sure the year and vin number matches the part. I would think pulling your currently relay and checking the number of pins would be the easiest and most effective way of finding the answer.
I always buy parts from www.ecstuning.com, www.purems.com or www.blauparts.com
