I drive a 99 c5 avant and I am having starting issues... It has 200,000k on it an I have replaced the starter, ignition switch and the battery... It will not turnover or make the. Licking sound when the battery is not charged, no sound at all. Does anyone have any suggestions

 

Do you have voltage going to the starter when you crank? If so how much? If you don't I would check the main 125A fuse.. My knowledge is primarily 2002 audis on but I will help as much as I can..

 

I have 14 voltz going to the starter plenty of power and is one of the relays fuses or the regular ones lol...
