Hello guys,

I was wondering could you give me abit of advise, when I rev the engine out to about 3000 the throttle dips it down to about 2000 by itself, you can physically see the cable move back when you check under the bonnet, however if you unplug the cable to the unit beside it (sorry not very technical), it seems to be a control for the air flow to me, it doesn't do this.

As you can imagine this shows as a noticable drop in power when you are taking off, anyone any ideas what could be causing this?

it's a 1.6 Petrol and it's red lol
