For those who have CAIs (I have the AEM) -
I've been noticing my intake no longer makes the loud turbo spooling noises, etc like it used to when I first got it. It's still louder than stock, but it's definitely not as loud as it was before.
I asked the service guys about it, but all they did was run a diagnostic and said no error codes popped up.
Could there be a leak? Or some other issue? Perhaps I need to clean it? I live in downtown LA where they do a lot of construction, so it is pretty dusty ... I'm wondering if it's affecting power - I do notice a tiny difference but I'm not sure if it's just all in my head.
Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated!

Definitely a dirty filter. When I lived in the SoCal area 4 yrs ago when the other fires were there I cleaned mine afterwards because a notice in sound and power had changed. Come to find out that even if you don't think there is ash in the air your filter will find it. A good cleaning will do. Go to any local auto parts store and get the K&N air filter cleaner set and clean and re-oil it. Oh and make sure you have a complete day to let the filter dry in a safe place. (OR- I had a shoe rack for my drier and put it on that in fluff mode sothat air is constantly moving and that took about an hour to dry) Good luck and hope it helps. I know how nice that nose is.
