I hope your gathering is going well! I'll see you in the afternoon on Sunday, and thanks again for the passes.

Cheers!

Chef, really sorry for your troubles old chap. I would suggest that you get them to do any other touching up on the sides for free as well if I were you. Least that they can do as they have screwed it up.

Yeah, that's already being done. I had a couple marks and a curbing on one wheel that they refinished, there was a deepscratch on the rear that will be fixed, and some clear coat damage on the hood from a bird that is fixed. By the middle of next week the car will be showroom fresh again.

I guess that I get away with a brand new looking car for my troubles? I can handle that.

Cheers!

If the DV is working fine, then you must be having an ECUproblem or boost leak. Check the connection at the brake boost and make sure that it tight. If the turbo is spooling, then it's probably working fine. My guess is the you are running the stock spec program. The speed limiter will still not be in effect given the new software, but you are boosting like stock numbers.

Good luck!

Cheers!

Holy crap dude! 23 PSI? What chip tune are you running (APR/Revo/etc) and what program (93 octane, 100 octane?)

I don't have an A3 (yet) but 23 PSI sounds quite impressive!
