Not entirely sure how i did this, but i hit just the edge of a driveway, at just the perfect angle to @#$% up my tire and rim really good. Pic attached. pretty ugly huh? Fortunately the rim damage isnt too bad, but the tire is toast, still holds air though.

I count this as the 3rd freak accidnet... now all the bad vodoo with the A3's are offically over.

 

I hope it is the 3rd(and final) freak accident.

Not out of the woods yet -- Friday the 13th is tomorrow

 

Luckily my A3 will be at the bodyshop being repaired on Friday 13th. I've already had my share of "A3 bad luck".

 

don't jinx us man! we don't need more bad mojo. Lets hope my rashed wheel, as minor as it is in comparison is the last of our probs for a long time.

 

I'm not superstitious, but just because of the unlucky posts as of late, I think I'll stay home tomorrow. Or walk instead of drive. Well, an A3 might fall on me or something, so maybe self-imposed house arrest is best.
