Default IAT sensor location?

Hi can someone tell me whether this is the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor on my 2001 Audi A3

The picture above was taken where it is circled in red:

If its not, then could you show me where it is located?

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers,

Steve

Default No

The valve that you have taken a picture of is a solnoid valve for opening and closing the secondary air valve to the side of the cylinder head that is used when starting the car from cold so a richer fuel mixture can be used while cold but still have low emisions by adding extra oxygen into the exhaust pipe for the NOX gasses to combine with. It can also be said that the extra oxygen going down the exhuast pipe can cause a flame heating the CAT up quiker to operating temprature.
