Default Reverse in my A3 is acting up

I have a 2006 A3 with the 3.2 and 111k miles on it. I have done all the maint. on it since I purchased it this past year. DSG service was done as well as Haldex. The problem is, whenever I put the car in reverse on ANY slight hill, it seems I have to floor it to go. Seriously, not the typical give it gas and go but the peddle half way down with rpms around 3-4k....and even at that point the car barely moves. So, I have been searching around but havent found much on this subject. Anyone have some advice or input?
Thanks in advance.

I have the same model with 105k and a similar issue. I'm going to get the transmission fluid changed soon. I'll let you know if that helps.

I don't see a difference after a transmission fluid service. The Indy mechanic said the speed was normal and reverse should be slower than 1st gear.

Do DSG adaptation, where clutch engagement point, pressure, etc are recalibrated

I did this two weeks ago...car shifts a bit better but reverse is still the same. Just seems strange. On the slightest hill I put it in reverse its seriously 3.5-4.5 rpm just to get it to move. Other than reverse, the car seems normal. Strange.
