Well, it was one of my favorite lines in Pulp Fiction when Samuel L Jackson asked a kid soon to get clipped - "Why don't they call it a Quarterpounder with Cheese in France?" - and the kid said "The metric system?"


Well, last night, my climate control screens - and the outside temperature reading on the instrumentation panel went all metric on me.

For the record, it was 13 degrees celcius when I drove home from work tonight.

Not sure if i want to stay all metric - and I am sure I can read the manual and find a toggle for this somewhere...but I gotta ask - has this happened to anyone else?

 

You sure that you didn't cross the border into Canada? LOL

Seems like you have the trip computer. If you hit the reset button twice within 2-3 seconds you will enter the menu. From there you can navigate around to change the units

 

no trip computer - just the sport package and no mods...yet.

 

no trip computer i think means you press and hold the recirculate button for 3-5 seconds to switch...try it.

 

just dealt with this last week when i was doing some mods w/the vag com. all you have to do is hold the recirc button and at the same time, on the climate control + and - button on the DRIVER'S side, hold it in the + direction until it switches back to F.
