Default Should I be concerned?

Every morning when I drive to work, the car has been in my driveway that slants downward maybe 10 degrees. the front end sits lower than the back and I usually have to give it a little throttle when backing out. After I leave the driveway and shift into D, I hear an odd, rhythmic clicking that sounds like a switch (maybe something electrical, maybe fuel punp, maybe body vent?). It last maybe 20 seconds then goes away. I don't hear this at any other time or going from reverse in any other location. Idears? Is it normal?

That makes sense to me...I'm just curious about what exactly is happening since it has only been audible in the past week or so.
