Wheel and suspension questions

Will wheels from the A4 fit? I'm looking for 18". Any suggestions on lowering the car with a set of springs? What will be involved?

Usually H&R springs.

But, I'd really like to ride in a H&R sprung car to compare to my S-Line.....
