03 1.8T Quattro Exhausts and Fly Wheels
Once again, it's me, looking for every last ounce of power from my B6. My first question to you all is regarding light weight flywheels: Did anyone get a light weight flywheel in their B6's, and how much difference did it make in the way the car drives? I was recently at a track event, and one major thing I noticed was how the revs don't really drop at all between shifts, even though my foot is off the gas pedal. The flywheel is so damned heavy, that just to rev the motor from idle takes a while. Then whenI got the revs up and let off the gas pedal, the revs just stay up for a long, long time, as if I were still pressing on the gas pedal. So if anyone has any suggestions and experience with aftermarket light weight flywheels, give me some feedback, please.

Okay, next question. Exhausts: I didn't realize how many exhaust systems there are for the B6. The 2 main exhausts I was looking at were the APR exhaust and the Neuspeed exhaust. But after looking online, I notice there are others. What exhausts do you prefer. Keep in mind that I like a good sounding exhaust that's not too loud, but has good power gain, from the turbo back. Also, I noticed how most of the exhaust systems available for the B6 start at 2.5 inches after the turbo to the center muffler, and then split up intotwo 2.25 pipes to their own seperate mufflers. Aren't their any systems out there that are 3 inches from the turbo and remain big throughout? From what I know, for turbo cars, the bigger the exhaust, the better. Let me know.

Other than that, I'm proud to be an Audi A4 owner. Late.
