04 A4 3L clutch

Anybody have an idea how much in total it should be for a clutch and fly wheel swap in a 2004 A4 3L quatro?

I had quotes from 1450-2400?

I would think it would be around $1800-$2000 with a new flywheel being pretty expensive. I think parts alone can be around $1100-$1400 depending on if you go OEM or not.

Check out ECS tuning for the parts. I picked up the Stage 1 RS clutch with new lightweight flywheel for $550. Taking the parts to my mechanic and he charging $500 cash to put it in.

Look around for what you want in the new clutch and see if the garage you take it to will allow you to bring your own parts. A full kit from ECS or Blauparts will give you all the extra parts that you might need for the job. This will make the shop happy to work with your parts.

I got the clutch done for 2,300 it's running great and I used your source for the parts. Thanks!!!
