I had this code come up last week and again yesterday. My car has 112K mi. Today
I checked the vacuum lines. I found an L shaped formed hose with tears on the inside
of the elbow.
This hose is located along the back and side of the intake manifold.
The dealer charged me $17.34 for the parts. He told me they break all the time
so he keeps a dozen by his feet. I cut the hose clamps with sheet metal cutters,
and replaced them with screw on hose clamps. It took 2 hours which included driving
to get the parts. I used my ebay code reader to diagnose the problem.

Probably this one. It goes from the firewall side of the intake from thesuction pumpto the middle by the throtle body.
