2.8 Cai / New plugs

Default 2.8 Cai / New plugs

Few questions:

I bought a ebay intake and im gunna make a heatshield and prob some custom piping, am i gunna throw a CEL code casue if the intake?

Also whats the stock gap for the 2.8 engine?

My intake didn't and as for the spark plugs i don't remember.

no you wont throw a cell i have one from ebay just make sure you buy a KandN fliter or a Apex Fliter those are the best on the market.

sorry it took so long to get back to you. I took the idea for some of the intakes I've seen and just made one out of three inch stainless exhaust tubing I had laying around and then put a insulator around it to block out any engine bay heat. It puts the filter behind the right fog light. Sorry no picks

I wouldnt have wasted ur cash on the ebay intake, homemade custom ones like what flyboy work best if your going to a intake.

K&N filters will damage the MAF if you oil it.

I just got an ebay intake, I'm just going to extend it or figure something out. It being next to the EM doesn't help at all.
