Depending on how scarce A4's are in Canada, 13.5K US dollars or 14.5k Canadian dollars is waaaaay too pricey if B5 A4's are readily available....

not every1 here in Norcal gets 93 octane.... i havent seen anything higher than 91

I think no-one in CA gets 93 at all.

Here in humid OHio, 93 is as prevalent as ice cubes arefor an eskimo.

I realize you did say Audi's are a bit more pricey up there, but it should be around 9 or 10k in US$. You'll want to make sure the timing belt has been changed, as well as both o2 sensors. Ask for any documentation the seller has on the maintenance history.
