I have a 1996 Audi A4 2.8Quattro. The engine turns over but doesn't start and everything seems to be right. I noticed that the key I have is not from Audi and so it doesn't have a chip or anything(not sure if it's supposed to have one). Could that be the cause of the engine not starting?
