LOL I have no idea what an antyfreezer running away means, but it does sound like quite the problem. Might be the timing belt snapped or flex pipe or the tik-tik-tik might be the clock on a bomb counting down.
Kent11, can you drive the car? I don't mean whether you can drive it comfortably or anything, but will it physically run so you can take it to have the ECU scanned for fault codes? You may have some codes stored in there that aren't triggering a check-engine light, but which could help point to the source (or sources) of your problems. With these cars, that's the first step to diagnosing almost any problem. They're all OBD-2 cars, so there are about a quarter trillion possible fault codes, since everything short of the cigarette lighter and the map lights has a sensor tied to it to make sure it's working right, and those codes can make the difference in figuring out the problem. Limp the car to a dealer (or better yet, if you can find someone local to you who has the VagCom software to pull codes, meet up with them), get your ECU scanned, and post up the codes here, and we'll likely be able to help you out. You can put the codes one at a time into the search feature here and find out what they mean as well, or what has triggered them for other people, and that may point out the problem, but if you can get any codes from the car, put them all up in a post here and hopefully we can put together a picture of what's going on with your car.
Just throwing out a shot in the dark here, but you may have a hole in the head gasket - it could account for your coolant disappearing (I assume that's the antifreeze you're talking about, and not the windshield washer fluid) as well as your rough idle and vibration (if it's a hole into the cylinder area itself, you could be creating a low-compression situation in that cylinder if the leak or tear in the gasket is bad enough). Do you have exhaust smoke? If so, what color? What does it smell like? The ticking could be the result of a torn head gasket as well, or simply that your oil pressure is somewhat low and you have either valve tick or, worse, damage to the bottom end if the oil level is low enough or if you have enough oil sludge buildup (which is a fact of life on the 1.8T engine and can happen on the V6 as well, although not as much). Do you have any maintenance records for the car? What has or has not been done on it? Has it ever had a timing belt service? What about the PCV system (or as it's called by Audi, the Pressure Relief system)? Have the Pressure Relief Valves (aka PCV valves) ever been changed? Any other tune-up related work or periodic scheduled maintenance been done? Any or all of that could indicate areas to check as well.
If you can do some of this stuff, it'll help us help you out. Let us know what you find out and we can take the next steps toward helping you fix the car.
