The GIAC dealer that is going to install my chip has told me there is possibly a chip for my transmission to make it shift harder/faster/etc. He said it depends on my car and he would check it out when he was installing the GIAC chip to see if it is an option on my car. Does anyone know of this mod? I can call him and get more info if necessary but was wondering because I never heard this mentioned on the forum. BTW, I have a 2002 A4 Tiptronic with Premium Pkg, Sport Pkg, and Xenon's.

 

ya they have giac tip chip it helps wit faster shifting
not alot of people here have automatics thats why its not really discussed around here

 

yeah it speeds up shifting and the limiter on the tranny as well
as lift Line pressure in the tranny to limit slip so you tranny
wont overheat as the clucths slip..

 

Get one if you have the cash. its only like 250 installed
