About to buy a 2000 B5
lol. you will most likely run into problems that will cost you money. I thought the same thing about maintinence until I actually got my car. It's expensive even if you don't have any problems. Say hello to $80 oil changes and $3.00 a gallon
actually if u can wait for oil change specials, u can get them for 40-50 bux. synthetic too. find out if the timing belt was done. i bout my car from an auction for 5.5k with 111k miles on it. it runs great. the only thing i've had to do are brakes and alternator. everything else on my car is super. there is no guarantee how good of a car u get if it's used. alot has to do with luck but if u have service records and they look good, u'll be fine. and yes parts for this car is expensive but wut do u expect from a luxury sports car? u get wut u pay for
