What exactlty do these do and is it worth fitting to my 97 a4 1.8 t Sport.

Welcome to the forums Beerzo. Hope you like it here. Do you have any other mods? If not, the biggest performance bang for the buck is going to be a chip. Check the archives, there's a wealth of info in past posts about chipping.
