Hello,

A couple of days ago, the Advanced Key of my 2009 A4 stopped working. I cannot unlock the doors or trunk with the proximity sensors, and I cannot start the engine with the key in my pocket. Additionally, I cannot open doors or trunk by pressing the buttons on the Advanced Key either (I have to open the door with the mechanical key). However, I am able to start the engine by inserting the Advanced Key into the socket.
I've put a fresh new battery in the Advanced Key but the behavior has not changed. I have two Advanced Keys and both behave exactly the same.

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? Is there a reset or re-synch procedure I can try for the Advanced Keys?
