Default advice on non starter

Hi, i have an 2005 Audi A4 2.0 Turbo Automatic. Has done 130k. Was driving on the motorway when the oil pressure sign started flashing for about 30 seconds before i heard a sound similar to something bursting. The car was no longer accelarating and eventually came to a halt. I had the car towed to a garage. The first thing they did was take out spark plugs and coils and check pressure from each cylinder. They said only one of the 4 cylinders had compression and said the engine had gone. They advised i get a new engine. I thought i get a second opinion and showed the car to a mobile mechanic who connected the computer which came up with a camshaft sensor fault. He checked each cylinder with a camera and said there is no damage to the pistons etc. He changed the sensor and tried starting the car but although it turns it still doesnt start. He thinks its an ignition fuse which he hasnt managed to locate. He checked other fuses and they are fine. Any help with what it can be ? Where will he be able to find the ignition fuse?

You can check ignition easy enough, just pull a plug wire off, pull the plug, stick the plug back in the wire, ground the plug to the motor, have somebody crank it over and see if it sparks.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Have checked that and no spark. What could it be? Thanks

I believe it (the fuse) would be in the engine bay under the cowl cover on the drivers side.
