Advice on possible purchase..
I love mine on my 99 a4... Sometimes late at night or early in the morning I wonder if they are too comfortable and are going to make me fall asleep at the wheel
The seat warmers are crazy in my car and will burn you, but thats why there is more than one setting, durrr
Anyway, when your looking at those high milage a4's and stuff watch out man... you may be getting yourself into a bloodbath. I spent 10,000 on my 99 a4, and have put close to 7000 dollars into it (howeverr, thats with paint job for 2400), and I got the bitch when it was 60,000 miles.
I also have 2 friends, one who caused some of his own damage, but the transmission went and he had to replace his front axle which costed him THOUSANDS, and anotherone who bought a high milage one a few months ago which is already severly broken. (ignition is gone, among many other problems)

Well, after considering my options.
I chose the 2000 Audi A4 Avant with a 2.8L V6... and a 5 speed. I loved speeding around on the test drive, I'm buying it for $9,400 OTD.
I need a bank now.
