65535 shareware version to decode please register.... i think that b/c it is shareware it wont let me decode anyone have any idea?

i think ony the first code matters... anone can help i would really appreciate it

 

The first code means your not getting battery power to the module. Check the wiring out for yourself to if your actually getting any power there.
