a few weeks back, when ny got hit with that hugh snow storm...a lot of snow got under my a4 due to the heavy winds and the position where i parked my car! after i melted it all and dried off my alternator....i realized that my airbag light on my dash came on. i'm guess it short circuited due to the snow under my hood..... is there any way to reset the light, or perhaps i can unplug the sensor and reconnect it....hoping it may work properly again? or am i screwed and have to take it in to audi

 

check the connectors under the seat first, they are often troublesome.

 

if you unplug the sensor it will automatically think that the airbag has deployed... Easiest way to reset is with VAG-COM...
