i go to school in ny and got pulled over for my front plate, but once i told him i was vfrom pa and wasnt issued a front plate it was fine. If I was from ny i prolly woulda got fined or something

oh yea... and in ny you need both plates. you wont necessarily get pulled over all the time, but then again all you need is that one ******* cop thats having a bad day...
