As we are being led to belive, we're heading for a cold snap. What are the recommendations for antifreeze for my 98 1.8 n/a b5 auto???

Also, as there doesn't seem to be any sort of antifreeze in the system at present, is there any sort of procedure for flushing the system as mine is just rusty water...
