Any ideas?
I'm on my way home from work today getting on the highway andI gun it. THUMP! The ESP off indicator comes on but seems to be driving ok I stop and get some gas, and when I start the engine the CEL comes on with ESP indicator. Checked trouble codes and I have a p1114, a p0299, and a p0102. All of my hoses appear connected. WTH?
Thanks for help.

p1114 o2 sensor might be out, i had that problem, i cleared the code and i never came back
p0299 - Boost Pressure Regulation: Control Range Not Reached
Lower Limit Exceeded - Intermittent, not sure about that one
p0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circ Low Input, something might be wrong wit ur MAF

Well I cleared the codes and the only one that came back was the MAF, but I don't understand why the ESP light is coming on with it. I tried starting it before I cleared the codes and it kept dying , but it ran after I cleared codes. Whatdoesthat darn ESP light have to do withthe MAF code?

RE: Any ideas?
You are assuming the two events are related, where its quite possible that you have two seperate issues.
Since you know what is causing the cell, work on and eliminate that first, then worry about the esp light.

RE: Any ideas?
Well I think the MAF is causing the other TCs because when I erase them the MAF comes back instantly, the other two only come on after driving. I haven't been able to do much with it yet because right after I erased the codes last night my hard drive took a dump and I just got my computer running again.

RE: Any ideas?
OK Replaced MAF sensor and cleared cel, and am back in business. I guess since I was gunning it the other codes came on, but I still can't figure out why the ESP light came on. Anyway good to go!
