Do you have a VAG-com? You really need to have one for this job.

It is probably easier to just take it to a garage that specializes in Vw/Audis. The labor charge should be about 30-45 minutes.

At 40 degrees C, the fluid should just start dripping out, or alternatively, at this temperature, with the engine idling in park.

Yes i have VAGCOM,
and about oil and 40C, this could be temp of atf in car, but hov to see what temp of atf is in car becaouse old oil is pumped out.

I realy need whole procedure from droping old oil to fill new oil to car.

My mechanic just tapped into the atf cooler lines and drained it from there and refilled it from the return line. Havn't had a problem in 20k miles.

VW dealer will do it for about $125 (incl fluid)

The ATF temp will rise and then stay steady. Once this happens you can drain the fluid with the drain plug, and then use a fluid pump to fill to the top of the lip on the fill hole.

Isn't there an internal filter in the trans that should be changed?
