Audi A4 1.6 Clutch removal
Hi all Newbie here
Just a quick question
I have a 95' 1.6 Audi A4 ADP engine
and the clutch engagement is very high clutch not slippin yet but reverse gear crunches some time
Think the clutch could do with replacement
what is my best method Gearbox removal or engine removal
I am edging towards engine removal as she is nearing a TB change as well
On another note I am getting a judder in the brakes when applied
could this be warped discs
Cheers
Thanks

RE: Audi A4 1.6 Clutch removal
the brake shutter i know about, and yes it's warped discs probably caused by wear and tear or else from too sudden an application at a high speed... that can warp soft dics also. If you're going to get some i recommend getting some x-drilled zimmermans or brembos and stainless lines.... just imo
the engine and clutch i have no idea... i drive a 2.8 [&:]
