Audi A4 1997 1.8T completely dead.
(First of all, I am swedish so my english grammar might not be super correct)
Hello, so my audi a4 from 97 died from out of nowhere. It worked just fine last wednesday, didn't use it for 4 days and then it was just completely dead.
My dad and I checked the battery, which was at 0 volt, so we thought there was a problem with the generator. Just checked the generator today and my dad says it seems fine.
Now we dont really know what to do. It's not worth taking the car to a mechanic since they would charge double what I bought the car for.
We got 3.8 ohm from the + battery cable to ground.
Any help would be very appreciated, if the car is beyond a DIY project that can be done without a car lift etc. then I cannot afford to keep the car.
Thanks!
