I got a car Audi A4 (1998 1.6 101 hp, sedan) Alarms Saturn M6

In the beginning the mechanic promised me that the car will features a self-locking. But he only having set the alarm and took my money - worker told me that the car had no way to incorporate this feature and therefore can not be installed.

Is it true that my model Audi A4 - can not accept self-locking feature?
